What are some of the best things about your team?
When there was a team, we worked really well together. However, the executives and parent company ran everyone off with their poor decision making.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not completely destroying the good parts of the company. Respecting women. Learning the differences between running a company in Turkey and running a company in America.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Finally got a promise for 401k Matching, then never got it because execs changed hands and they "didn't have the funds" anymore.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Don't lie straight to your employee's faces when you say we're a team on Monday and then by Friday you fire 85% of them. Learn how to be a manager. Learn respect and don't talk over people. Understand that you can't treat people like they're less than and expect them to want to keep working.
