The work environment is very high school like. I work in Baltimore but for Hudson valley radiology. The management is the worst because they gossip the most. The tell peoples personal business, work info, how much certain people make. When I am here =, I am unmotivated and drained from the drama.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My overtime is pretty good. It is time and a half.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thought of my check at the end of two weeks
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Putting empathetic people in management. Good listeners and good people all around. People with integrity and moral.
What did you like most about the interview process?
What I like about the process is that it was fairly quick. we had a virtual interview which was pretty cool.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people on the floor are pretty cool. They are what I look forward to when I come to the office but sometimes its not enough for me to be motivated.
