
Site Manager is great, they know what is happening and makes decisions based on various info/employee input rather than just numbers.

There is no reward for doing a good job or maintaining a good atmosphere. The only time the leadership team is there is when a tech needs to be disciplined.

The majority of managers & leadership do not look out for their employees. Micromanaging and passive agressiveness can describe the style of management used.
Their jobs. They've likely just been promoted to a position they don't know how to do because it's cheaper for the company. Forget about training adequately.
Hiring mangers that are intelligent and insight into each modality.
Placing qualified people with experience in management positions.
Everything. They are never there. One of my managers takes a vacation every other month for a week

Give us incentives and STOP with the favoritism based on personal friendships
