What I like about the process is that it was fairly quick. we had a virtual interview which was pretty cool.

The interviewers were throrough and honest about the type and amount of work actually involved with the position.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They are so desperate for people they don't hire the brightest and it shows. Since pay is low they don't attract good candidates and when they get lucky and have good employee they don't try to keep them. They can always get someone cheaper.
Make it professional instead of a clueless
