What do you like best about the leadership team?
Site Manager is great, they know what is happening and makes decisions based on various info/employee input rather than just numbers.
Always on top of things.
Mostly fair in important situations
THAT WE HAVE FULL SUPPORT TO DO OUR JOBS THE BEST WAY WE CAN, WE ALL HELP ONE ANOTHER AND THAT IS WHAT MAKES US SUCCESSFUL

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sticking to their word and showing their employees more recognition
Need actual leadership. No one leads they just pass off their stuff to the more competent people and take credit when things work out.
Communication and appreciation for they employees.
Actually care about their employees.
The majority of managers & leadership do not look out for their employees. Micromanaging and passive agressiveness can describe the style of management used.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My vacation time after 15 years is finally close to industry standards.
My overtime is pretty good. It is time and a half.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not paid appropriately for my experience. Just given more work and less time and no help. Always had positive patient reviews and positive employee reviews but never compensated by a decent raise. They don't give raises often if at all. Here's an 80 cent raise for your stellar review. No joke.
Better paid benefits and vacation time
Yearly raises. Better 401K match.
I feel like a wear many hats in my current site, I never say no to anything that needs to be done. I excel at task and im able to prioritize. when it comes to pay I dont think higher management takes into consideration the reliability , they see titles across the board.

listen to each other, work to help each other, solve problems together, help assist patients get through their exams in an efficient and comfortable manner

Pay better and value people who know what they're doing. Don't tolerate the gossip.
They are very repetitive and indecisive on visions to move forward with a project

the staff at the companies in general

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
As an employee, I believe it is crucial to be in an environment where my contributions are valued, and my growth and development are encouraged. I feel it is necessary for me to seek a workplace that recognizes and supports the potential of its employees.
Putting empathetic people in management. Good listeners and good people all around. People with integrity and moral.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They are so desperate for people they don't hire the brightest and it shows. Since pay is low they don't attract good candidates and when they get lucky and have good employee they don't try to keep them. They can always get someone cheaper.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the long wait at times.
Not enough time spent with patients
When you hire skilled qualified personnel, give them annual raises and don't laugh when they ask for a raise to achieve standard pay.
There is no time management and scheduling is horrible. Scheduling from the Midwest for appointments in the Northeast is highly unintuitive. This creates discrepancies in appointments and results in patients getting aggravated.
I really have no one i can go to with issues and feel like the lead of my department gets away with a lot due to her friendship with upper management
