Just showing compassion for my medical leave of absence. Im wheelchair bound (temporary)

The guests once again. They see my light and happiness and want to interact with me based on my overall demeanor.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I was held against my word when i said i could work all week all days diring the Black Friday season. I was hired as a seasonal cashier but they decided to keep me.
