Working at RM has been one of the best work experiences I've ever had. In an all about "me" world, it's so refreshing to be in an environment that promotes team building, family, self enrichment and self care. RM works from the position that if they build up employees first, they build positivity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very supportive and encouraging. They never make staff feel like they are "less than" and they are always open to feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When they asked me what I wanted to get paid, they didn't try to low ball me. They honored my request and started my tenure off with a positive relationship.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone comes to this group from a different background and with a different perspective. That is extremely valuable when we are in an industry that caters to all demographics on a customer service level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone in our group is there not only for the client, but for each other. We are always available to offer suggestions and talk through situations and also to roll up our sleeves and do whatever needs to be done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a successful day at work makes me happy. Knowing that I was able to get something done for a client is important; knowing that I made a difference on the team is critical. Happiness comes from being able to contribute to the overall health and success of this team.
