The leadership team at RealManage speaks often of a family environment with an emphasis on a healthy work/life balance. Not only do they talk openly about this, but their actions confirm their commitment to this on a daily basis. It is refreshing to work for a company with these values.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The leadership team has always been very upfront with employees about compensation and bonuses. I feel they have always been extremely open and fair in their compensation offerings.

"A" player employees don't need motivation and it's something that can't be taught

There is a thorough process to identify the best candidates. I would not classify it as difficult, but we are selective to ensure the best fits for the culture of the organization.
