Everyone buys into the team goals and how our individual goals work collaboratively to achieve the team goals. It is teamwork at its finest!

I'm impressed with the collaborative environment at RealManage. Everyone feels valued and serves a role on the team. There is a real sense of family here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The leadership team has always been very upfront with employees about compensation and bonuses. I feel they have always been extremely open and fair in their compensation offerings.

I'm most happy at RealManage knowing that no matter what challenges may come my way, I will have the support needed to accomplish my tasks and resolve any challenge I encounter.

There is a thorough process to identify the best candidates. I would not classify it as difficult, but we are selective to ensure the best fits for the culture of the organization.
