Meeting with people that would become my coworkers and getting a feel for the culture

Many people are involved in the interviewing process; from HR/Recruiting to direct supervisors to leaders throughout the organization as well as a number of executives. They are thorough in order to seek the best candidates for the positions which will ensure the company continues to be the best.

Not formalized in anyway. The interviewers often try to sell the company to you instead of the other way around.
