Learning fair practice,morality,humility,employee relations,quality of new hires,respect for the corporate logo& standards& representing as such. Also transparency& honesty with guests& employees & following up on situations requiring mgt.status.treat everyone equally& with respect& respect brand.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Extremely poor management due to Napoleon complex& dire need to be needed& unquestioned even with sheer lack of experience& unfamiliarity with protocols& standards,whether it's interpersonal,sanitary,applied standards,historical trends or employee input&experienced suggestions.Degrading to feel boss

Interaction with such a vast cross-section of society& the opportunity to learn what pleases all of them on any level & the cultural enrichment derived from the personal experiences. Understanding& associating with all walks,castes,cultures,races& beliefs is such a gift of experiences it's priceless
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no compensatory program in place& upper mgr has adopted the attitude of we are franchise& corporate can't make us offer anything so we won't. Recognize skill,experience,dedication,education& success& compensate duly instead of giving new hires with none of these traits same or more pay

Get educated,learn company standards& dedicate yourself to providing quality product& experience to every single guest that occupies your property. Your face is on your rooms& redroofs name is on the property so represent as how you wish to be viewed by all.Pride in your work& quality of your place
