Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

That's the problem , is I still have not gotten paid. 0ay day was a week and a half ago

I feel undervalued because when an employee up and quit I covered all those shifts. I was working 12 to 16 hour days six days a week when an employee quit. I did this for months. when we got a new employee and I Went back to 80 hours. I still got no raise.. Also, someone else got promoted over me

I felt very underappreciated cause I did nothing wrong to deserve what she did to me

There is no compensatory program in place& upper mgr has adopted the attitude of we are franchise& corporate can't make us offer anything so we won't. Recognize skill,experience,dedication,education& success& compensate duly instead of giving new hires with none of these traits same or more pay

Some co workers organize the work space which is very helpful.

That we help one another to make sure the customers are given the best

The best thing about my team is the employees that I trained and they do their job well because of me. My team does have each other's back. We work as a unit except for my manager. My team is great and Customer Service, which is really only three other people.

The only thing that is positive about the environment, and our company is the guests. Most only come in on my shift because they don't like so the other employees.

The management and some staff members

All new staff The ones I work with steal and lie the maintenance guy is the worst he could stop sleeping with the day lady making her cry all the time an stop making violent threats to consumers that I have to clean up or lie about

Change of property managment or give use the right stuff to clean with and have enough stuff to dress the rooms with out having to do the night peoples work in the day time because we dont have enough towels and sheets for all the rooms with out having to do wash.

they need new employees period and all employees should have to take drug test.

Extremely poor management due to Napoleon complex& dire need to be needed& unquestioned even with sheer lack of experience& unfamiliarity with protocols& standards,whether it's interpersonal,sanitary,applied standards,historical trends or employee input&experienced suggestions.Degrading to feel boss

The rooms are filthy and needs more attention.
