Myself and other employees, do not appreciate the lack of training, the fact that lunch breaks are automatically taken out, even if you've work through the lunch, without break, and that there's a lot of blaming on hardworking staff going around, knowing how short staffed or lack of training.

The underdogs and employees are will to help each other; it's the lack lf leadership and their accountability that makes everyone else want to leave

Leading their Team, training the team correctly, and not boss their employees around, knowing they are doing the best to their ability with all the new hires going around
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You're given a title, but can do many things, so you help out in Departments needing assistance, and yet aren't valued and blamed for not doing your job hired as, but are expected to help others at the same time
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The leaders need to lead and guide their employees; not look down on them when things aren't done, because they get caught up in helping other departments, but aren't appreciated for it. Their hardwork is constantly overlooked and the things they aren't doing, are always focused.
