The hourly employees, that are not related or "dating" the senior managers try to support each other

The most positive thing about that place is asking one asst warehouse manager for help and he is always happy to help and being able to talk to my store manager and he listens and talks to me.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The leaders need to lead and guide their employees; not look down on them when things aren't done, because they get caught up in helping other departments, but aren't appreciated for it. Their hardwork is constantly overlooked and the things they aren't doing, are always focused.
Don't treat trash like people
Better quality management and employees
Management's respect for others personal space and property
Restaff the whole store to be honest
We need a better management team
A safer work environment dude
The nepotism, the harassment. The training. The language all needs to be address. The discipline and being held accountable
