What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organization (detailed plans and assignments); employee training and motivational support; holding underperforming employees accountable be clearly defining expectations; etc., etc., etc.
Leading their Team, training the team correctly, and not boss their employees around, knowing they are doing the best to their ability with all the new hires going around
Hire HUMANS not low IQ subhuman pedophiles
Professionalism, kindness, politeness, appreciative attitude and remembering they are there for the customer. They are not a problem or irritation, they are the reason we have a job.
Communication, respect for others personal space and property. Professionalism, needs good work ethics, and discretion in the work place for a person personnel matters.
Better communication skills and overall more training with better attitude
Absolutely everything. They have no idea how to run a company.
Listening to their department managers. Have same standards for everyone. Don't be so obvious about favorite employees. Make the employees feel valued. Say thank you once in a while.
