Leadership is great to work with. Challenging as can be but fair. They want the people around them to do better.
Their Work ethic & how free spirited they are
I work for Express Freight Handlers my leadership was great. However, the Restaurant Depot leadership was disrespectful and rude and they harass peoples

Organization (detailed plans and assignments); employee training and motivational support; holding underperforming employees accountable be clearly defining expectations; etc., etc., etc.
Leading their Team, training the team correctly, and not boss their employees around, knowing they are doing the best to their ability with all the new hires going around
Hire HUMANS not low IQ subhuman pedophiles
Professionalism, kindness, politeness, appreciative attitude and remembering they are there for the customer. They are not a problem or irritation, they are the reason we have a job.
Communication, respect for others personal space and property. Professionalism, needs good work ethics, and discretion in the work place for a person personnel matters.

Ability to choose from several flexible plans
Great benefits to work toward for working hard
I have a BBA and an MA. I have knowledge and experience that would be valuable to our store's management, and I sincerely want to help make things better. My overtures of store-wide assistance have been ignored. Nothing would make me feel better about current compensation.
I feel supervisors should be paid more especially with the workload we have
You're given a title, but can do many things, so you help out in Departments needing assistance, and yet aren't valued and blamed for not doing your job hired as, but are expected to help others at the same time
Same value as the subhuman pedophiles you treat like royalty
The company are responsible for my 401k deposit that never made it into my account for some reason and they cnt tell me wat or where did it went
Good cooperation whole team workers
we are very efficient and work well together
The underdogs and employees are will to help each other; it's the lack lf leadership and their accountability that makes everyone else want to leave
We work together for the most part.
Most of us are on the same page when we see things that are not right. We all strive for customer service and satisfaction.
The manager name is chris
Stop treating subhuman trash like people
Better communication and more training
Learn how to work together build a better team do a better management team and get a better DM most of all everybody need to get trained
They need to come to work when they are scheduled and not call off or no show all the time without any consequences
The hourly employees, that are not related or "dating" the senior managers try to support each other
Nothing at all. It’s positive when they don’t haras

Some customers are polite and courteous
The most positive thing about that place is asking one asst warehouse manager for help and he is always happy to help and being able to talk to my store manager and he listens and talks to me.
The customers and there satisfaction.
The leaders need to lead and guide their employees; not look down on them when things aren't done, because they get caught up in helping other departments, but aren't appreciated for it. Their hardwork is constantly overlooked and the things they aren't doing, are always focused.
Don't treat trash like people
Better quality management and employees
Management's respect for others personal space and property
Restaff the whole store to be honest
It was friendly. And promising. It has not been everything the company has been promised to be
The interview process is quick
Fast easy and very mych excited to work at the time of my interview
That the information about being part of a union is shared with us and we get to choose our info for our life insurance and beneficiaries and things right then.
The interviewer was kind and friendly
More leadership training and conflict resolution

Don't treat trAsh like humans
Hire people with the proper experience
I was told I was hired because the manager thought I was attractive.
Need to have a better HR who can interview people and not judge them on the outside
The people that are going to help maintain a good day
Knowing that I help a customer find what they were looking for
The customers and the way they are polite and respectful most of the time
Customes and my tram i work with
The people and the office and environment the work and the pace
Restaurant depot manager is petty and doesn’t want to help employe
Review from Product Dept
Don't be nothing dogshit trash
Better customer service and stocked products
Better technology on the register. The building is old and dirty, ceiling falling apart, rats, no heat or working ac.
The main boss is a bully. Takes advantage of employees, allows disrespect, and does not hold everyone to same standard. He and main managers need sensitivity training.
