The lack of organization within the store is abhorrent. Customers ask us for help finding something that half of the time we can't find, even if the system says we have SOH. Dept. managers, especially, are clueless as to where to find back stock, which is rarely stored in a logical place.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organization (detailed plans and assignments); employee training and motivational support; holding underperforming employees accountable be clearly defining expectations; etc., etc., etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a BBA and an MA. I have knowledge and experience that would be valuable to our store's management, and I sincerely want to help make things better. My overtures of store-wide assistance have been ignored. Nothing would make me feel better about current compensation.
