We truly believe in what we're doing, and we have fun together while working hard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity. Having a piece of ownership in the company makes me want to work that much harder to win.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that our mission is to serve people. Many of the people we are building tech for have been marginalized and ignored. I love that we're building an ecosystem of tech products that aren't about extracting value from people, but rather creating opportunities to level up in life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I see us as a collection of misfits and rebels who are not afraid to go against the grain, dream big, and challenge the status quo - grounded in virtue. I can truly be myself w/o fear of being judged and excluded - identity politics are nowhere to be found.
