The experience they collective have across a variety of industries. We have people that have led global companies and startups and many leaders have a combination of that experience. They all are aligned to our mission and are seeking to make Rex a powerhouse in the tech industry.

The leadership team puts significant effort in the development of employees as well as in building a friendly and collaborative culture.

I like the superior level of experience and diversity they bring to the table, and with that everyone in here is approachable and personable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team has 100 key initiatives. The priorities change daily and the messaging/communication is often convoluted. They launch initiatives without the proper infrastructure/team in place. They have unrealistic expectations and disregard team input. The reporting structure is non existent.
