Being in person with the ability to have a hybrid work schedule as needed. We have been in person since early 2021 and the collaboration, social events, and overall energy is just invigorating when you are at work everyday.

Improve professionalism, working conditions, communication across all levels and increase training for managers. Leadership needs to have realistic expectations for employee workloads and recognize that it is a toxic work environment for female employees.
