Not a good one. No one really knows what is going on. They often ask the workers what they can do to make the company more money by hiring caregivers. Just worried about bringing in money and "Quality" caregivers.

Hire quality office staff as well as field staff.

Misleading job description. Came into a sales and scheduling position

everyone has to work together. There is too much division
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not very good. I just fell like they can make it more about the caregivers and clients than money.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
pretty much everything. It can improve once the owner has an idea how things work. They want us to come up with solutions to make THEM more money...no way
