As a woman I feel undervalued and underpaid

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Rio re-structures every couple years. Each time they reduce head count and outsource jobs.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

These days I work mainly in Perth with occasional site trips. It's an open ("agile") office, which I don't love.
