I work in Corporate and the pay is well, the benefits aren't bad and the perk of unlimited PTO is nice. I am valued and respected in the organization as a key player and owner of my area. The only downside is the lack of promotion and upward mobility. There are no positions for me to aspire to.

In Corporate we are given Unlimited Paid Time Off.

AUTONOMY! None of the leaders micro-manage. We know our roles and expectations as employees and we are treated as adults
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is solid. We all have our areas that we specialize in. We work collaboratively without any micromanaging or oversight. We know the objectives and get the job done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to do my own thing and not be told what to do. I know my job and I take care of the things I own. I like knowing that the areas I own help grow the company and contribute to its success.
