I wouldnt pay people to switch to said company, never been so dissatisfied in my life, would never recommed anyone swtiching to this company, to being a customer or an employee.
They're nice so far. Wish they had more time to train
interdepartmental cooperation to get the job done
No one complains about being stretched so thin.
I work in Corporate and the pay is well, the benefits aren't bad and the perk of unlimited PTO is nice. I am valued and respected in the organization as a key player and owner of my area. The only downside is the lack of promotion and upward mobility. There are no positions for me to aspire to.
