What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're nice so far. Wish they had more time to train
AUTONOMY! None of the leaders micro-manage. We know our roles and expectations as employees and we are treated as adults

What is the best part about your compensation package?
In Corporate we are given Unlimited Paid Time Off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparison with other companies that are hiring. More opportunity for career advancement, instead of hiring from outside of the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teamwork to overcome the high demands with limited resources is incredible.
No one complains about being stretched so thin.
My team is solid. We all have our areas that we specialize in. We work collaboratively without any micromanaging or oversight. We know the objectives and get the job done.

Figuring out how to overcome a challenge
Being able to do my own thing and not be told what to do. I know my job and I take care of the things I own. I like knowing that the areas I own help grow the company and contribute to its success.
