There seems to be a lack of drive, passion or direction coming from the most senior leadership positions.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Based off my experience its been a good place to work. Pay is fair, could be better but i know some of the other large distributors in the area pay much less. Ive also been lucky to have a great manager .
