Based off my experience its been a good place to work. Pay is fair, could be better but i know some of the other large distributors in the area pay much less. Ive also been lucky to have a great manager .

Commission is good as long as you hit your goals and produce.

As long as you do your job and produce, leadership gives you freedom and doesn't micromanager.

The local leadership is great. The reat of the team is always willing to help solve problems and lend a hand when needed .
