While there's been some frustration about the way certain things have been handled, Rubica has overall treated me well and has been my favorite place to work. The work culture and team go a far way in making a company a good place to work and Rubica checks those boxes.

That i got to meet multiple team members during the interviews and get a good feel for the camaraderie

Everyone is dedicated to the product and truly believes in what we are doing. We also get along well, overall.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the pay is competitive compared to other similar roles at different companies, and while we do not have a 401k option I appreciate that our medical premiums are fully covered by the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team truly does care about the mission of the company and the employees who help carry out the mission. The company is focused just as much on the employee well-being as they are with the product.
