I think the pay is competitive compared to other similar roles at different companies, and while we do not have a 401k option I appreciate that our medical premiums are fully covered by the company.
We have excellent health/dental care that covers the whole family, flexible schedule, supports remote work.

Medical benefits are 100% paid for me and my family, learning stipend, commuter benefits, great snacks, and FSA.
The benefits are amazing for a small startup (full medical for employees + family paid by the company, learning stipend, commuter benefits, awesome snacks, FSA, flexible remote work and time off.
There's not much by way of direct compensation package that makes Rubica stand out, it's just not our forte, yet.
