While there's been some frustration about the way certain things have been handled, Rubica has overall treated me well and has been my favorite place to work. The work culture and team go a far way in making a company a good place to work and Rubica checks those boxes.

I think the pay is competitive compared to other similar roles at different companies, and while we do not have a 401k option I appreciate that our medical premiums are fully covered by the company.

There's not much by way of direct compensation package that makes Rubica stand out, it's just not our forte, yet.
