What do you like best about the leadership team?
Both founders are highly involved in business operations. They both are strong operators and ready to do anything to help the business and team. Expect a high level of attention and energy when interacting with them. Non-founder execs are product and dev management with good experience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Comp is fair but could be better. Company tries to make up for it with perks and benefits, which is appreciated.
