This has been my favorite job. I've had some bad experiences in the past and this is a breath of fresh air. I feel valued as a person as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It went by relatively fast for a tech company in the Bay Area.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No need to use a "company" voice. Can be laid back and be yourself. No threat of being an outcast or development of cliques.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The oft overlooked education benefit is my favorite. I always enjoy learning new things and I feel that this can only benefit myself and the company (as opposed to wallowing in the same position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honesty. I really like how they keep the company in the loop and don't have any "behind doors" secrets. I get the feeling that they really honor the value of honesty and it's prevalent across the teams.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how you can have actual conversations with folks. They have events and lunches to show good faith when people from different offices visit or new folks join the team. They value the sense of community, instead of coming to work and treating it like work.
