In the past 5 years we have had trouble hiring enough help. The work load get more and more each week. They expect same or more sales with less workers.
They expect us teammates to work until were dead and then still expect more. They pay extremely bad for the work they want out of people.
It's ok working here most days
Excellent customer service, and excellent choices
Coworkers and most managers make the job exciting.
