we all try to help each other when we need it

Coworkers and most managers make the job exciting.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Everything not enough people looking out for people

A TOTAL change at the top. The top managment have no clue what it's like in the stores. They need to come in the stores and actually work some of the departments and see how their ideas don't work. And see what we go through everyday.
