What did you like most about the interview process?
The conversation i had with the hiring manager
Telephone screen done quickly and efficient
The lengthy and educational training tools, and our training manager.
I interviewed 40 years ago and you had to have references. Now they take anyone who is standing upright and breathing.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
be honest with the employee and tell them what they will make up front minus the Union dues and train them at a slow pace store
