The way he treats employees
Everything from leadership is nice.
Willing to compromise when pushed on certain topics
The place has good leasership
Open door policy and very nice to employees
Understanding , they need help understaning people situations and they need more racsially mixed store
Getting rid of district managers or listening to their store workers, department managers and store manager.
Communicating and also lack of relationship with employees
Teamwork and a positive and non hostile work environment.
They need to get their head out of the clouds and see what's really going on in the stores. They want to get back to business as usual but we do not have enough help. They don't care.
It's a fast progress with my package care leaders
Im understanding of it , it could be more but i understand it
Part-time workers get the short end of the stick, once you hit a certain pay you can't get anymore raises? Why?
Having enough people working to cover shifts would be a great start. Paying more since most days you have to work 2 or more jobs for the price of "1".
I'm undervalued in working for the field amount of money and pay
It is sad the labor we do and a McDonald's employee can make more then an employee at Schnucks. Every contract they take away and increase are benefits
we all know how bad the company truly is and find comradery in our mutual misery.
the people and the manager work together
The workers, and most managers are friendly and helpful, and provide for a laid back and positive work environment. I am an ex employee, and there is one specific manager who purposfully intimidates individuals they dont like, just to accomplish getting them fired, or forcing them to quit.
We have a few great workers that get the job done. And we have ALOT of workers that get paid to stand around. From the top down.
Less gossiping and more work, too many stand around in you scan while one on register. Instead of bagging or helping out on register
Understanding each other other than judging each other
Communicating lending a helping hand
works together and help each other
What needs to be done is done
we all try to help each other when we need it
Coworkers and most managers make the job exciting.
Everything not enough people looking out for people
A TOTAL change at the top. The top managment have no clue what it's like in the stores. They need to come in the stores and actually work some of the departments and see how their ideas don't work. And see what we go through everyday.
The conversation i had with the hiring manager
Telephone screen done quickly and efficient
The lengthy and educational training tools, and our training manager.
I interviewed 40 years ago and you had to have references. Now they take anyone who is standing upright and breathing.
be honest with the employee and tell them what they will make up front minus the Union dues and train them at a slow pace store
Breakdown of communication. District manager doesn't listen to store managers, and store managers don't listen to department managers. Also you are a 2.1 billion dollar company. You can spare some hours to give your employees to work. It's disgusting how little help you give us. CORPORATE GREED!
get product in and listen to your employee's and promote within and treat each employee equal
