Everything from leadership is nice.
Willing to compromise when pushed on certain topics
The place has good leasership
Open door policy and very nice to employees
the managers are kind and helpful
Understanding , they need help understaning people situations and they need more racsially mixed store
Getting rid of district managers or listening to their store workers, department managers and store manager.
Communicating and also lack of relationship with employees
Teamwork and a positive and non hostile work environment.
They need to get their head out of the clouds and see what's really going on in the stores. They want to get back to business as usual but we do not have enough help. They don't care.
