The company's fishing and sea food activities include fishing of Cape Hake and Shark Bay prawns, processing of the catch into frozen and chilled seafood, and the marketing of these products, locally and internationally.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating employees better, having a more friendly working environment. There are distinct cliques among the executive teams and it is clear that they do not care for the employees. There is little reward or recognition and there is almost no communication or input from the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company does not do any sort of team building, there is no encouragement to voice opinions or to voice concerns. The compensation at the company is below market value.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The executives need to start treating everyone with the same respect. The CEO does not greet nor does he try to engage with anyone below executive level. The company culture needs to change.
