Treating employees better, having a more friendly working environment. There are distinct cliques among the executive teams and it is clear that they do not care for the employees. There is little reward or recognition and there is almost no communication or input from the employees.
The company does not do any sort of team building, there is no encouragement to voice opinions or to voice concerns. The compensation at the company is below market value.
The executives need to start treating everyone with the same respect. The CEO does not greet nor does he try to engage with anyone below executive level. The company culture needs to change.
