Pretty good, honestly: I get to write code and I'm usually left to my own devices. I like the autonomy. I would like more feedback--it can be hard to gauge how well you're doing, but that's my only complaint.

It's pretty relaxed. Nobody seems to mind when you come or go as long as you get your work done and are professional.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm able to sit down and get into the zone and really accomplish something that I can look back on at the end of the day and feel proud.
