What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's growing as the company grows. You can't get much more fair than that!

For me, it's all about the deferred compensation. I'd work for free if it meant getting a larger piece of the pie! Seek is revolutionary in so many ways, and the Customer Experience disruption will certainly be recognized in the equity markets for those who are loyal and believe!

The sudden bump in salary that happened not too long ago. Also health insurance is good.

The time off. We're encouraged to take time off regularly.

It is very well rounded. Great benefits with great team culture. Jon is always cool if I work remote when needed.

Competitive for a company with this much potential
