What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviews are taken seriously. Provides opportunity to understand the type of work to expect and fit with the culture
Speed and access. I think the CEO and I talked the same day of outreach and I honestly was onsite talking to key leaders within a couple days. Nobody is above the grind of recruiting as getting the right people and nurturing those new hires is paramount at Seek.
It was more about getting to know how I would fit within the company, rather than testing me on certain aspects of my knowledge, or trying to stump me.
It was simple. I didn't need to do any unnecessary convincing.
Didn't waste time with unimportant matters
I've never felt more relaxed during an interview.
The leadership knows what they want in an employee and why they want it, allowing them to find talent that others would normally overlook.
Interview process was great and was able to meet different people in the company to get a better feel for what everyone would be like.
