What are some of the best things about your team?
Confident, competent, committed, positive, outstanding
The thing I like most about our teams is probably the most brutal... That is, brutal and uncensored honesty! Obviously within an extremely professional context, but the forthright candor of pretty much everyone in the company is a refreshing break from the corporate politics and positioning.
Everyone is willing to cooperate and work together. There are limited egos that interfere with the work.
Everyone is easy to talk to and willing to work hard to get things done.
Hard working and very effective
They're all competent and they're not afraid to accept new, more accurate, information.
Open collaboration is always fun and constructive. Criticism is taken constructively and compliments are bountiful.
The fact that we can all be ourselves and not worry about being judged for it. Also, everyone is invested in helping everyone else finish their projects.
