What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is thoughtful, strategic, considerate, people-centric
They work hard and want everybody to be successful. We're in this to win together as a team!
Not only does Seek sport an amazingly fun, ambitious, and brilliant executive team, but the diversity in talent and background is extremely rare for a tech startup. From cutting edge tech to beautiful simply UX/UI to hardcore sales and marketing power, Seek's leadership brings it every day!
They took a chance on me, and have trusted me with an important role from the beginning. The leadership is supportive, but not overbearing. They trust you to get your job done without always being over your shoulder.
Generous, hard working, and flexible.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's growing as the company grows. You can't get much more fair than that!
For me, it's all about the deferred compensation. I'd work for free if it meant getting a larger piece of the pie! Seek is revolutionary in so many ways, and the Customer Experience disruption will certainly be recognized in the equity markets for those who are loyal and believe!
The sudden bump in salary that happened not too long ago. Also health insurance is good.
The time off. We're encouraged to take time off regularly.
It is very well rounded. Great benefits with great team culture. Jon is always cool if I work remote when needed.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Confident, competent, committed, positive, outstanding
The thing I like most about our teams is probably the most brutal... That is, brutal and uncensored honesty! Obviously within an extremely professional context, but the forthright candor of pretty much everyone in the company is a refreshing break from the corporate politics and positioning.
Everyone is willing to cooperate and work together. There are limited egos that interfere with the work.
Everyone is easy to talk to and willing to work hard to get things done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is people centric and focused on mutual self respect
We are given tasks with specific outcomes in mind, and we are then free to push forward and do what we feel is best to get there. Leadership has confidence in our abilities and trusts us to get the job done.
I sincerely believe that I can trust each and everyone I work with and that starts at the top with the CEO, CTO, and other executives. Authenticity and integrity aren't just preached at Seek. They are fundamental to who everyone hired at Seek is as a person.
Everyone is in it together. It is not a competition between employees.
It's very chill. There is no micro management because we trust everyone to do their jobs.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviews are taken seriously. Provides opportunity to understand the type of work to expect and fit with the culture
Speed and access. I think the CEO and I talked the same day of outreach and I honestly was onsite talking to key leaders within a couple days. Nobody is above the grind of recruiting as getting the right people and nurturing those new hires is paramount at Seek.
It was more about getting to know how I would fit within the company, rather than testing me on certain aspects of my knowledge, or trying to stump me.
It was simple. I didn't need to do any unnecessary convincing.

What makes you most happy at work?
Fast paced, interesting problems, keeps me challenged and focused on achieving important business and customer outcomes
Working with amazing people at a fast-growing company
We're transforming some of the largest industries on the planet with an extremely scalable platform and ecosystem. Just to say that I was a part of that disruption back when it "started" puts a smile on my face! We're changing the way B2C and B2B customers experience vendor products!
The work that I am doing is fun, interactive, and creative.
Laughing with my coworkers and seeing my work put to good use.
