They are caring, respecting, and they always have their Employes back no matter what

Sympathy towards one another in all the work that has to be done. Better timing of task for each patient we care for.

Over worked and under paid in a medical setting that puts patient care at risk.

I've slowly gotten accustomed to many of the ins and outs of the job, but it will be awhile before I feel comfortable.
