Select Medical Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are innovative and have operational expertise.

very professional and modest down to earth

They are visible daily. They have an open door policy for you to talk to them any time. They celebrate the big wins as well as the small ones. The hierarchy is relatively flat which makes access and communication easier.

They are caring, respecting, and they always have their Employes back no matter what

Strong leadership with keen eye on strategy.

there is an open door policy at Select and they are all fully accessible. They are open to opinions and ideas and are supportive of their staff

they are engaged and committed

Easy to work with in this field

My House Supervisors are the best!

Review from Customer Support Dept

Helpful, kind,& they genuinely care about their employees

They are pretty great overall.

Not much l do not know what they are doing most of the time.

open door policy, always there to help

Pleasant and always cheery but very evasive when asked questions

Friendly, try to help you as much as possible.

My ceo treats people with kindness and respect

Here in our clinic we have a great team.

They are accessible. They don't sit in an office all day. Our leadership team is out on the floor talking with patients, visitors and staff.

Our leaders are authentic and compassionate. They practice servant leadership, the don't just preach it. They are trustworthy and transparent.

They care about us as individuals not just as employees

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Taking care of employees. Not being supportive of employees who sleep on the job or leave to run errands on the clock

Truthful comminication and staff support

Everything. They do not allow mistakes and they only practice negatice reinforcement.

Appreciating their employees and recognizing their work

Review from Operations Dept

Have a functioning HR that spells out policies and has legally required information for employees. "Leadership" needs to talk to front line workers to actually determine problems instead of guessing.

Need to see the value in hardworking employees and not consider them disposable

Listening to staffing issues, respond to employees in a non dehumanizing and rude way, listen to floor staff about ongoing issues, and come out of their office

Everything, they need to know there is no I in team.

Seems they want more for less pay. No matter if they burn you out. They jusr get another unseasoned therapist to replace you

Communication among staff, policy and procedures.

kindness, consideration, fairness, compassion, equal pay

Preparing for expansion in ways that dont overwhelm the employees

INEFFECTIVE AND ONLY LOOKING TO IMPROVE THEIR SITUATION AT THE EXPENSE OF THE WORKERS UNDER THEM

Review from Customer Support Dept

I didn't feel like I received proper training when I was hired. I basically had to hit the ground running and pick up things as I went.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Leadership is no longer in touch with basic patient care and are putting too much upon the employees
