They are respectful. I feel comfortable going to them to ask questions, so that I am able to learn new things.

Listen and take some advise. Not just their way.
Wasting time and money on things that do not generate sales
Involving those who have good ideas.
Understand that they may want to grow and improve the company but they have to understand it can't grow when they can't keep good employees. Treat the ones that are staying and working hard better. Dont treat everyone equal. If someone shows more drive for the job, give them more.
Lead by example and include all locations of the company as ONE. WE ARE ONE COMPANY but the same does not take place at both locations. Very obvious after the company update.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical insurance is very good.
All of it is great

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Evaluate each employee and not require at least one member of a department to "take the hit" when it comes to raises. If you have an A-team, you all should be rewarded appropriately.
Compensation for the area is low
Because its not updated with the responisbilities and performance
I don't think there should be so much emphasis on being fair to all in employees when it comes to pay. I believe there should be more consideration on an employees' value to the company and length of employment when it comes to deciding compensation.
inflation is always rising the upper pay level for low-level employees should raise with the inflation rate. in that order, long-term employees might remain for a longer period rather than going years with no rate increase. it has been becoming for the older barn employees do more with less pay

Most of the team I work with are very helpful and assist when needed.
team players- when someone is struggling personally or professionally the others are ready and willing to help.

What do your colleagues need to improve and how could you work together better?
there is always something that needs to be done playing around does not get the work done.
improve our communication with each other and other departments

they need to do the job they are suppose to do instead of someone else going behind them and cleaning up for them.
Work ethic needs to improve so we can work together as a team, and not push work loads off on just a few people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very family orientated and make you feel comfortable right away.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More generational change with upper management
Better pay and need to find more people that care
Some management improvement would help, black and white company policies that are evidently followed & less dependant on the situation, everyone return to work and not WFH. I've always though the VP/Managers of departments needs an anonymous review each year by who reports to them

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Think it would be best for employees do what they are paid to do and stop wasting other teams time with projects that do not sell product.
no internal advancement we have 4 relatively new supervisors that got their positions with less than 5years experience at the company and did not really bring any outside experience with them from the outside. Look at the older people that have put in the time and effort at the company.
Need more for the work we do. Need compensated more for the physical toll that this job takes on people
Need to hire more people and not be shorthanded. Can't rely on current staff to keep taking on more workload without extra bonus or pay
Years of service should mean something, there is not much room for advancement
