The environment kind of lacks communication and decision making sometimes. some coworkers can be frustrating and some are very good. For the most part it is a positive work environment, I enjoy the hours and most of the work we do.

I'd rather be the boss or my own boss so not much you can do to change it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a pretty close knit group, we can joke with each other and have a good time while completing our work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think they value attitude, effort and real experience enough. Just because someone has been here 15+ years they may not deserve the same as next guy. The company is also not competitive with entry level jobs in the area. We care for 6 figure $, 2000lb+ bulls, pretty specialized skill set
