They take the time to understand their employees on a more personal level, and acknowledge both individual and team efforts.

Everyone looks out for each other - not just strictly related to work, but in personal life if needed, as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work in an industry I'm passionate about, and communicate with fantastic people both internally and externally, from coworkers to customers. The environment in our office is always positive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone truly acts as a cohesive team working towards the overarching goal. I have never experienced animosity among coworkers and I look forward to seeing everyone every day. I can't say that about competitor organizations I've worked for/with.
