I have enjoyed working at Select Sires and I do believe it is one of the best places to work in our industry. I've particularly enjoyed being in a leadership position in my department, and being able to be part of the change I want to see in our day-to-day work flows and workplace relationships.

I feel the amount of paid time off we accrue is very fair.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like problem solving, and creating tools that help myself and my teammates be more efficient in our jobs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think most of the leaders are personally invested in employees as individuals, not just as pawns for the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The immediate team I work with in the office is always willing to help each other whenever possible/necessary, and work collaboratively toward improved processes.
