We usually aleays get our work done when it needs done and everyone is willing to help out, on my crew at least
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that it aleays seems like they are trying to do the best to make select sires the beat in the industry
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I could go get a new job almost anywhere and start making what i make now, i have been with the company for a while. What would make me feel better about compensation is a willingness to pay more especially with record years every year and being short staffed
