Our team works as a team, instead of individuals, for the most part. Most employees, as far as I can tell, get along fine, & work in unison, to achieve a common goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is, the way our leaders keep us on top of the A.I. industry, ensuring every employee, a long, successful career at SS. While doing this, they also do tons, with cook outs, & special fun days for the company, making this a great, family oriented workplace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders are continuously working hard to keep Select Sires #1 in the A.I. industry. Their hard work helps to ensure every employee, of their long term security, working at Select Sires, as well. In addition, our leaders do what is necessary to make SS a fun place to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Clocking out at the end of another successful day of work. Ha ha. Actually, though, knowing you're working for the best in the business is all that is needed to make each day, a great day, to work at Select Sires. :) It's awesome to know you're the best!!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although the workers at SS are good workers, I believe there are some workers that continuously work at a much higher level, to help ensure the success. I can't speak for the others, but for myself, the level of work I demand of myself, can be matched, but very rarely, topped.
